THE TRI DISCIPLINE CHALLENGE 2006

This exciting new competition brings together a pastry chef, a baker and a chef to compete as one team against nine others for the trophy prize.  Success depends on close collaboration, with the baker producing bread and key components used across both pastry and kitchen dishes.

TEAMWORK AT ITS CORE

The pastry chef and kitchen chef work side by side, sharing responsibility across courses and supporting one another throughout the challenge. This class is a true exhibition of teamwork, highlighting how different culinary disciplines come together to create a cohesive dining experience.

The Tri-Discipline Challenge introduces a fresh and dynamic format to culinary competitions by uniting all areas of the profession.  Expected to deliver exceptionally high standards at EISC this innovative class reflects the UAE’s continued growth and ambition within the global gastronomy arena.
