Ethnic and national cuisines are central to culinary identity and this challenge brings diverse global cuisines together under the Emirates International Salon Culinaire. Teams present complete culinary experiences, ranging from traditional family-style service to refined three-course fine dining menus.

A LIVE CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Competing teams cook head-to-head while guests enjoy the cuisine served during the lunch period of EISC. Creativity and authenticity are at the heart of the competition, with each team showcasing its national heritage through food.
RAISING GLOBAL STANDARDS
​Now in its second year, the National Cuisine Challenge builds on the exceptionally high standards set in 2025, which are expected to be surpassed in 2026. The competition has attracted strong international interest, including government dignitaries and ambassadors, further reinforcing its status as a leading global culinary competition led by the Emirates Culinary Guild.
