The competition will take place 6-8 July 2026 during the Emirates International Salon Culinaire at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE. A maximum of 9 four-chef International Culinary Teams, will be invited to UAE to participate in this major event which is designed to develop into the most notable gastronomic contest anywhere in the Middle-East for Young chefs.

The invited teams will enjoy such benefit of United Arab Emirates hospitality that there will be no need for them to bring anything to the show except themselves, ingredients and their special tools or equipment.
