The Emirates International Salon Culinaire—one of the Middle East, Africa, and Asia’s leading gastronomy competitions—returns in 2026 under the World Gastronomy Competitions banner, a collaboration between the Emirates Culinary Guild, PKE and ICCA – Foodverse.

Held across 7,000 sqm of indoor, air-conditioned space, Salon Culinaire 2026 will feature three days of world-class competitions, demonstrations, panel discussions, education, and industry networking. Thousands of professional chefs will come together to compete and celebrate culinary excellence.

This enhanced edition welcomes global culinary teams for the prestigious Alen Thong Golden Coffee Pot Challenge, alongside competitions in Practical Cookery, Butchery, Bakery, Patisserie, Gelato, and Artistic Display.

Celebrated since 1991, the event takes place at the iconic Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre, within Dubai’s luxury resort and beside the landmark Burj Al Arab.
